Vintage Feathered Fishnet Veil for Pillbox Hat

Three black velvet bows and two multicolored feathers attached to fishnet veil.
Please note the entire piece is black fishnet, the bottom layer of white is a cardboard hat rest to convey the veil through photos.
Condition: mint condition - seems like it was never worn
