Vintage Fishnet Veil for Pillbox Hat with Navy Velvet Bows

Three velvet bows attached to fishnet veil. The fishnet is much finer on top of veil/ hat.
Please note the entire piece is black fishnet, the bottom layer of white shown in some photos is a cardboard hat rest to prop op the veil.
Condition: Excellent condition.
